Scott Krause

President/CEO


Scott was born in Chicago, IL and began his career in the Automotive Industry in 1989 in New Port Richey, Florida.Years later, he relocated to Atlanta as Senior Sales Representative for a major Automotive Paint manufacturer.

 

Scott’s extensive experience includes Auto Body painter, Collision Center owner, “Wagon” Jobber proprietor and Auto Paint & Supply Store owner. Scott’s in-depth knowledge of the Automotive Industry and his entrepreneurial spirit enables him to launch, lead, and grow several automotive-serving entities: Automotive Property Group, LLC, AutomotiveYellowPages, LLC, and AutoBizBrokers, LLC. Scott is also a partner in Capital Mergers & Acquisitions, LLC. Scott is a licensed Georgia, Florida and South Carolina Real Estate Agent and an accomplished Business Broker.

 

Scott’s passion for the automotive industry is evident in his client feedback and industry achievement. He believes that respect, honesty, integrity, and tenacity are integral to success. He is committed to his clients throughout the business process. His role is to personally and exclusively assist buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants in sales and leasing of automotive businesses and automotive-related commercial property. Scott has chosen key personnel to assist him in the development and growth of Automotive Business Brokers in an effort to help his clients succeed.


Scott resides in Cherokee County, Georgia with his wife, Sandra. During his spare time (whatever that means) he enjoys playing electric and acoustic bass, travel and spending time with his family.

 

Tom Kell, PhD

Financial Advisor, Partner


Tom has 36 years of experience in his field, during which he has become an expert in general management, sales, marketing, and investments. On a daily basis he is responsible for coaching executives, reviewing business profiles, organizing seminars, group training programs, consulting and counseling. He has owned and managed several service based businesses including financial services, real estate development, hospitality & entertainment industries.


Tom served as President and Chairman of two Wisconsin community banks, a mortgage company, an insurance agency, and managed investment portfolios. He and his family have also owned three restaurants, a movie theatre and a gift shop. Prior to these ventures, Tom held several high-level management positions with Commercial Credit, Litton Industries, GE Medical Systems, Walter Heller, PBCC and ITT Financial. Credentials include a Bachelor’s Degree from Mellen University and completing a graduate degree in banking at the University of Wisconsin Graduate School.


Tom earned his PhD at Hamilton University in Finance. In July of 2008, Tom was inducted into Cambridge Who’s Who Executive, Professional and Entrepreneurial Registry. Tom lives in Cherokee County with his wife Chris, who is also his partner in their professional coaching firm.

Judith Creamer

Qualifying Broker, Partner


Jude began her real estate career in 1999 and earned her Broker designation in 2005.   Her real estate practice has included residential real estate sales as well as commercial sales and leasing.  


Jude graduated with a B.S. from Michigan State University and in her 30 year career since college has served in a variety of marketing positions creating programs for intangibles and service oriented businesses, most notably in the Exposition Industry prior to joining AutoBizBrokers, LLC and Automotive Property Group, LLC.  


Jude and her husband Greg, reside with their beagle Rex in Alpharetta and her interests include dancing, boating, reading & travel.

David Warren

Certified General Commercial Appraiser


David has been in the Atlanta real estate market for the past nine years as both a licensed appraiser and real estate agent. David graduated from the State University of New York at Plattsburgh with a degree in Criminal Justice. He currently holds both a Georgia State Certified General Commercial Real Property Appraiser and real estate agent License. Prior to getting involved in the real estate market David worked for five years in corporate sales and marketing. David enjoys time with his two daughters, boating, cooking, and water sports.  

Alex Krause

CRE Research Analyst


Alex’s role can be broken down into two primary sub-categories.

 

Listing Review and Advertising: Alex supervises all new listing advertising on over 160 local and national websites. He has a keen understanding of what makes our listings “stand out” from the herd. All of our clients listings are re-submitted weekly in order to keep them at the top of the listing pages and gain more traffic, on behalf of our clients. Alex edits listing photos, all listing content and creates listing videos.  He then blasts them all over the internet and updates regularly.   

 

Commercial Real Estate Research Analyst: Alex is our lead commercial property research analyst. He searches and analyzes commercial real estate data on existing and potential markets based on requests from our sales professionals and broker, on behalf of our clients.  Alex has several years of experience using the top research tools to accomplish the needs of our clients. Research includes all property data, performing market-driven CMA’s (Comparative Market Analysis), locating business and property owners and much more.

 

Alex is a vital part of our organization and his tenacity, and follow-through is always appreciated by our sales associates when they “Really need the info ASAP”.

 

His cheerful attitude and willingness to go above and beyond what is asked of him wins over his colleagues! Alex is extremely dedicated, reliable and efficient. Alex interests are sports, friends, family and fast cars!

Austin Krause

CRE Research Analyst/CRM Administrator

 

Austin developed and currently manages our internal CRM; which includes creating and implementing automated communication systems with clients and customers, and providing a database of properties, organizations and people for our Agents. 

 

Among his duties, Austin performs commercial property research and assists in building and updating our massive proprietary database. If in need of technical assistance, he is the person to go to due to his solution oriented and take charge attitude.

 

Austin enjoys spending time with his fiancé, Karen, and his family. He is an avid movie buff and television series enthusiast. Through his personal determination and love of a challenge, he has become a crucial part of the support team.

Justin Brasch

Financial Analyst


Justin graduated from Kennesaw State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting in 2005. He began his career doing tax work for corporations and high net worth individuals at a public accounting firm in Atlanta and later moved into credit underwriting in the banking industry.


Justin brings over 10 years of financial analysis experience and serves as the firms financial research and business valuation expert. Justin is a partner in AutoBizLoans, LLC and has become a valuable addition to AutoBizBrokers.


Justin live in Kennesaw with his wife who is a pediatric nurse and enjoys cooking, traveling and spending time with friends and family. 

Sandra Krause

Vice President

 

With over 20 years of experience in the Automotive Industry as an Administrative Assistant.  Sandra's present position is all bookkeeping activities, includeing accounts payable and accounts receivable. Sandra’s dedication and wisdom, are integral part of the success of the company. 

 

Sandra lives in Cherokee County, Georgia with her husband Scott and two sons (Alex and Austin). She enjoys reading, cooking, working out and spending time with her family.

Brandon Shin

Database Manager


Brandon is our primary database manager. Brandon is extremely perceptive and finds ways to accomplish the objective with massive and confusing data to make sense of it and use it to assist our sales agents. We have well over 500,000 automotive location data, which include business addresses and operational data, property and site location data and principle owner and historical information. It is sorted into multiple categories for our unique usage and updated daily.


Brandon has interests and backgrounds in statistical and financial analysis and an inclination for information systems. Brandon attends Kennesaw State University with a major in Management Information Systems with a minor in Statistical Analysis. 


Brandon spends most of his spare time at the gym Boxing. We don't mess with him!

John Scherer

Corporate Sales Executive


John Scherer is a Financial professional with experience in the analysis, management, and marketing of financial services. Successful development and implementation of “start-up” programs including facilities build out, authoring policy and procedures, constructing pricing strategy, building teams, developing brand recognition, executive management and projecting acquisition forecasts. John's effective deal management and persuasive negotiation skill's are an asset to our automotive business client base. John has applied his extensive skills to our niche market brokerage seamlessly.  

Rohan Less

Corporate Sales Executive


Rohan has been a licensed real estate professional since 2011. He has many years of experience as a business owner and understands clearly the endless effort and attention to detail that it takes to run a successful business. Rohan has joined AutoBizBrokers, LLC in Georgia to manage the South West Atlanta territory. 

Whitney Kimber

Whitney's role and lists of duties have no end!  Whitney loves a challenge and manages to keep track of the entire operations of our firm, including our personnel, clients, customers and the owner.  The world is a better place with Whitney Kimber at the helm! 

Lyndon Todd

District Sales Manager

 

Lyndon was born in (Motor City) Detroit, Michigan. While attending High School, his family relocated to Winchester, Tennessee. After Graduation, Lyndon enlisted into The United States Air Force and worked as an Aircraft Mechanic. After being Honorably Discharged, he entered into the civilian workforce with the resolution to finding a career in the Automotive Trade Industry. Lyndon worked for The Norton Abrasive Company as a Manufacture Representative, later joining The Sherwin-Williams Company as a Manufacture Representative and a Branch Manager in Miami, Florida. Lyndon decided to then become an Independent Operator of a Wholesale Distribution Company servicing Automotive Body Shops. Following this, he was offered an opportunity to work for a national company as the District and Regional Sales Manager, distributing Body Shop Supplies to the Aftermarket Auto, Aircraft, and Marine Industries.

 

Having such a great understanding of the Auto Body Industry, Lyndon decided to pursue a management position for the Collision Center of a highly recognized New Car Dealership. Then opportunity again presented itself and Lyndon became a partner in owning a local Collision Center. The business had a great success and became the largest Independent Owned Collision Center in South Florida and was sold to an (MSO) Multi-Shop Operator in 2016.Wanting to stay involved in the Automotive Industry, Lyndon acquired a Florida Real Estate License and joined The AutoBizBrokers Team where he serves as the South Florida District Sales Manager.

 

Lyndon’s extensive knowledge in the Automotive Industry and in management makes him a great leader and mentor. We are lucky to have him as a part of our team.

Gail McKnight

District Sales Manager

 

 

Gail was born in Atlanta, Georgia but was an Army brat and moved a lot during her entire youth. She attended 19 schools in 12 years, but was happy to have been given an extensive education throughout the world. Her experiences have given her a keen observation and a great perspective on people.

 

After finishing college at the University of Texas, she then married an Army officer herself and was once again a traveling gypsy. She toured the world and even spent seven years in Europe getting to know the various cultures and nationalities. Experiencing these other cultures opened her eyes to life and just how different America is from the rest of the world.

 

Gail has been in the automotive industry for over 20 years and has a great passion for cars (especially the speed). As a manager for one of Atlanta’s largest dealership collision centers, she decided to take her automotive knowledge to new heights and became the Georgia ICAR Chairman. 

 

Gail then founded the Women’s Automotive Connection to assist and educate women about cars and the automotive repair industry. She was amazed at how many women were eager to learn about cars and had no one to explain this enormous part of their lives to them. With appearances on Motor Week, The Tonight Show, and The Marie Osborne Show, Gail spread the word that women are a major demographic to the automotive industry. Empowering consumers and helping them navigate the industry maze, became extremely satisfying and rewarding to Gail.

 

As a realtor in Florida, Gail had the amazing opportunity to put her two passions together and became the District Sales Manager of North Florida for AutoBizBrokers. Having the reputation for brutal honesty and the ease of recognizing the needs of her clients is paramount and has enhanced the pleasure of her work. As a motorcycle rider, she does miss the mountains of North Georgia but uses them as a vacation destination while living and breathing the ocean air at home. She believes that the ability to assist sellers, landlords, and tenants in achieving their goals, makes working for AutoBizBrokers more of a calling than a job.

 

She is a member and Ambassador for the Panama City Beach Chamber of Commerce which has allowed her to become intimately familiar with the Gulf Coast and the businesses in it.

 

As a member of the AutoBizBrokers team, she is surely the best one to call when you need a friend or an extremely professional and passionate realtor.

Jay Morgan

Corporate Sales Executive

 

Jay grew up in Boston, Massachusetts and fell into a career in the automotive industry from taking an elective class while studying architecture during his time in the Air Force. After leaving the military he decided to pursue a career in auto body, leaving architecture behind and has yet to look back. 

 

Jay's encompassing career has spanned to include every position in a collision center from a detailer, general manager to an auto body shop owner. Upon closing his shop in Gulfport, MS following hurricane Katrina, he decided to focus building up his credentials through corporate industry training. Noticing that he had a business acumen that could not be denied, Jay took the plunge into the world of estimating for a big-box MSO (multi-shop organization) while living in Atlanta, GA. After 10 years in Atlanta, the gentle climate and change of scenery beckoned him to move to the sunshine state to continue his career in Miami, FL. There, Jay worked for the largest volume independent collision center in the state. Still sensing there was "more" for him, Jay received his license in real estate. 

 

Being a licensed real estate agent but still being in love with the automotive field led him to a very natural path to becoming an agent for AutoBizBrokers. Being very detail oriented with an extreme focus on producing results makes him a formidable ally for clientele in meeting their goals. Jay believes that hard work and fair dealing is the cornerstone to any good business relationship. As an automotive professional, Jay was well regarded and is pleased to carry that on to a career in real estate and business brokerage.

 

Jay still resides in Miami, FL and when he has time, enjoys traveling, scuba diving and spending time with his family. 

Lee McClung

Lee McClung is a graduate of the University of Georgia and comes from a background of sales in many different fields. Before choosing a career in real estate he worked as a salesperson and technician in the technology industry. His years of real estate experience help to provide exceptional customer service in the industry as well as the expertise to negotiate contracts to best serve his clients. 

 

He is an avid outdoors lover and thoroughly enjoys hiking, camping and exploring. 

Melissa Dillingham

District Sales Manager

Melissa (Missy) graduated from Western Carolina University with a Bachelor of Science degree.  She spent several years as a sales consultant in the pharmaceutical industry before choosing a career in real estate.  Missy has been a licensed real estate agent since 2005 and is currently licensed in Georgia and Texas. 

Missy's business has included residential real estate as well as commercial sales and leasing.  Missy has also been an active real estate investor since 2000.  She joined AutoBizBrokers, Inc. as a sales consultant in the northeast area of Atlanta, GA and is now the AutoBizBrokers of Texas, LLC District Sales Manager for Dallas-Fort Worth market of Texas.

 

Missy lives in Fort Worth with her husband and two children and she enjoys traveling, golfing, and sporting events.

Tim Hain

Managing Broker

Tim joined AutoBizBrokers in 2016 as its Managing Broker for Illinois bringing over 23 years of experience in commercial real estate in Chicago, Atlanta, and Tampa. 

 

Prior to joining AutoBizBrokers, Tim founded Hain Commercial Realty (HCR) in Tampa in 2013 after serving as a Director with Avison Young (AY) and its predecessor brokerage company from 2011 to 2013.  While at HCR and AY, Tim advised tenants and landlords in leasing office and industrial space as well as representing tenants in their national real estate transactions. 

 

Prior to joining AY, Tim served as Vice President of Leasing and Development for Duke Realty in Tampa where he oversaw the Tampa office and focused on leasing and development for Duke’s office and industrial assets.  During his 13 years at Duke, Tim represented the company in the leasing office and industrial space, pursuing build-to-suit developments, acquiring land positions, and developing speculative office and industrial buildings. 

 

During his career, Tim has advised in transactions for many well-known companies including FedEx, Coca-Cola Enterprises, Computer Associates, Iron Mountain Information Management, Staples, Wayfair, DHL, Stearns, Conrad and Schmidt Consulting Engineering, Inc., Environ International Corp., PatientPoint, and Edwards Systems Technology.

 

He holds a Bachelors of Science degree in Finance and Accounting from the University of Illinois, is a CPA and has held board positions with commercial real estate organizations in Tampa including NAIOP and REIC.
